For Ryan, baking runs in the family. Originally from Provence and trained in Paris, he brings a French baker’s approach to the neighbourhood he now calls home.
Rye + Dough opened in 2020. Today, our Fitzroy Street bakery is a place for fresh bread, a favourite pastry and the familiar faces that make a neighbourhood.
